Originally from Barcelona, I’ve been based in Puerto Rico for the past four years, where I’ve found the perfect place to blend my Spanish roots with the rich flavors of the island.

My menus are a creative mix of Puerto Rican tradition and Mediterranean inspiration, designed to surprise and delight — with every course telling a story. Throughout the evening, I personally guide the group through each dish, creating a warm, joyful, and unforgettable experience around the table.

My mission is to make you feel seen, celebrated, and deeply connected through food. You’ll taste that love in every detail: from the handmade cocktails to the fresh ingredients and elegant setups I bring into your home.

Currently, I’m working towards opening my first Fine Dining restaurant in Puerto Rico — a dream rooted in storytelling, creativity, and showcasing the real flavors of this island with local products and innovative cocktail pairings.
