Who is Chef Ronda Salavert?

Hi! My name is Ronda and I'm born and raised in Barcelona.

I've been the last 6 years working in restaurants and traveling around the world: Sweden, Barcelona, Orlando, Texas and now I have been 3 years living in Puerto Rico.

My secret? I use authentic and the unique veggies and fruits from the Island (like Mamey, Guanabana, Malanga…). Cooking the traditional Puerto Rican dishes with a Modern Twist and presenting them in a Tasting Menu with different options you can choose from.

I am passionate about sharing the stories behind each dish, take care of everybody and create an experience that will last long in your memories.

  • Ronda made our last night in Puerto Rico a dinner we will never forget. She was extremly attentive and polite. The food was absolutely incredible and she even packed away any leftovers from the group. After dinner, her and her husband took the time to clean and left it better than when she arrived. I would recommend Ronda’s services to anyone who is visiting Puerto Rico!

  • Amazing experience for New Years Eve! She was attentive, open and flexible. Before the event she communicated well and was very responsive. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.
